Eudermic Skin Type

You may have eudermic skin if your face never feels tight or greasy, has small, barely visible pores, and has few to zero imperfections.

Eudermic skin needs gentle, regenerative, and restoring oils to keep skin youthful, supple, smooth, and balanced. Lightweight and balanced oleic and linoleic oils work best to hydrate, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, and maintain skin’s balance.

Oils in our eudermic blends: argan, hemp, pomegranate, sunflower, watermelon, sea buckthorn, and rosehip. Carrier Oils for Custom Blends describes each oil and its properties.

Eudermic Characteristics

We recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to skin types. Although it may not be common for those with eudermic skin to experience acne or environmental sensitivities, we formulated blends for those who do. Eudermic skin can be characterized as:

  • Clear and even or radiant complexion.
  • Never feels tight or greasy (not too dry, not too oily).
  • Soft and supple when touched.
  • Good elasticity and moisture.
  • Small, barely visible pores.
  • Few to zero imperfections.

Do I Have Eudermic Skin?

  • Eudermic skin is fine-tuned, smooth and soft, with no apparent large pores, blackheads, blemishes, flaking, or broken veins.
  • If you press a tissue to your face immediately after waking, only a trace of oil will show.
  • If you are bestowed with this type of skin, you are fortunate and should protect it from environmental irritants by using light and gentle moisturizers, cleansers, and toners.
