This year has been a challenge for everyone. It has driven us into our homes, away from our communities, and more and more into virtual environments. For most people, the global health crisis has also meant taking measured risks to maintain their livelihood. We know that the best way to prevent community spread, however, is to limit public exposure. With those considerations in mind, we have taken the challenge of these circumstances as a creative opportunity. Over the past seven months, we have been reimagining Blue Root Naturals to be a safe, self-contained, and physically distant e-commerce site. We wanted to create a virtual one-stop shop for all-natural skincare needs. We provide free domestic shipping to all of our customers within the United States! We also wanted to created a highly personalized experience for our customers. We are very excited to share the features of our new and improved platform.
We spent the spring season of 2020 pulling stock from stores, taking walks in nature, and making plans to create more personalized products. As our personal skincare routines have become tailored to fit our needs, we wanted to design ways for customers to share more in that experience, and have the opportunity to select products unique to them.
A Personal Approach
A staple of our skincare routine has become the custom oil blend. Oil blends can be created to address a variety of skin profile types, and we’ve developed a tool to guide you through that process. Our Custom Oil Skin Profiler selects one out of thirty two possible blends for your skin, with oils that work to balance sebum, moisturize, and soothe skin with specific ailments caused or exacerbated by factors such as diet, environment, stress, and hormones. We believe that everyone’s skin type is unique. Some skin needs a little extra care than the average profile, and unfortunately most over-the-counter products are formulated for average skin. We want to work with you to better your skin throughout the years, the seasons, and cell cycles of your skin. We also want to hear from you if you have special ideas in mind. We are open to creating one-on-one relationships with customers and designing products specifically for individuals!
